The Story behind Tiny House Jewellery

The incident that inspired  Tiny House Jewellery began in the Yukon in 2018.  A backcountry hiking trip into Grisly lakes became  a heli evacuation.  Arriving in Dawson City I like to say I came down with" gold fever" and  this lead me to exploring the culture and history of the northern gold rush.

By the end of the summer of 2018 I was registered in the Kootenay School of the Arts Jewellery Studio Program.  In 2020 I officailly opened my jewellery business along with completing the Geological Institute of America courses in: applied jewellery professional, jewellery essentails, diamond essentials and coloured gemstone essentials.

As a world traveler who has called  the Kootenay Boundary home for 35 years, my jewellery and metal art is inspired by my love of mountains and nature.  From the Yukon and beyond you will find me in the mountains when I am not in my tiny studio creating one of a kind pieces.
Tiny House Jewellery can be found in local art galleries and boutiques in the Kootenay Boundary or on Facebook and Instagram.
